Kabusecha Takamado is a semi-dark green tea from the Uji region of Japan. The high concentration of chlorophyll in this tea will give you an infusion with a vegetal flavor, embellished with notes of spinach, peas and cashew nuts.
Quantity: 1.5 teaspoon per 250ml of water.
Infusion temperature: 75 degrees celsius.
Infusion time: 5 to 40 seconds.
